2012 Course Brochure![]() a new favorite quote...
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Day 5: Tremendously interactive day! Unseasonably warm weather assists our plant-guilds- focused outdoor activities. Still, felt good to go back indoors for nourishing soup and lively discussions. The day ended with a creative project - wreath building from local cones, with seeds, nuts & other embellishments, while talking about design patterns and holiday rituals.

We Believe...
* We believe that people are innately good and want to better the earth for future generations.
* We believe that people care deeply about nature and the quality of life for all living things.
* We believe that human beings are essential components of the interconnected network of life; we are not separate from nature but part of it.
* We believe that the earth’s living and non-living systems are undeniably powered by the planet’s biodiversity, which includes all peoples everywhere.
* We believe that simple changes in the way we live and use resources can have powerful and reverberating impacts locally as well as globally.
* We believe that re-skilling ourselves through permaculture is a viable, start-where-you-are, locally adaptable way to make an immediate difference.
